5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in your project contract or proposal. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information secure and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yantratmika Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Ethical Use of Solution

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any solutions provided by Yantratmika are used ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Yantratmika Solutions does not condone or support the use of its services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.

If it is found that a client is using our solutions for unethical purposes, Yantratmika Solutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately, (without refund of any kind), and take appropriate legal action if necessary.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Please review this page regularly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
